Galaxy Girls PG Hostel – Terms & Conditions

1. Admission & Accommodation

– Admission is granted based on availability and verification of required documents (ID proof, college/work details, and guardian details).

– The hostel reserves the right to allocate or change room assignments based on occupancy and management discretion.

– Residents must inform management in advance in case of any long-term leave or extended absence.

2. Fees & Payment

– Monthly rent and other charges must be paid on or before the due date as specified by the management.

– A security deposit is mandatory at the time of admission, which will be refunded upon exit, subject to deductions for any damages.

– Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of hostel services.

– Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Code of Conduct

– Residents must maintain decorum and discipline within the hostel premises.

– Loud music, parties, or any form of disruptive behavior that disturbs other residents is strictly prohibited.

– Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including eviction.

– Respect towards hostel staff, fellow residents, and property is mandatory.

4. Safety & Security

– Residents must return to the hostel within the specified entry timings. Late entries will only be permitted with prior approval.

– Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests are not allowed without prior permission.

– The hostel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings; residents are advised to secure their valuables.

– Tampering with security systems, fire alarms, or CCTV surveillance is strictly prohibited.

5. Facilities & Usage

– Residents must use hostel amenities responsibly. Any damages to property or facilities will be charged to the responsible individual.

– Common areas such as the study room, kitchen, and dining area must be kept clean and used respectfully.

– Wi-Fi is provided for academic and professional use; excessive streaming or misuse may result in restricted access.

– Laundry services must be used within the allotted time slots to ensure availability for all residents.

6. Prohibited Activities

– Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use within hostel premises are strictly forbidden.

– Engaging in illegal activities or any behavior that violates hostel policies may lead to immediate eviction.

– Cooking inside rooms and use of electrical appliances such as heaters or induction cooktops is not permitted.

7. Health & Hygiene

– Residents must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and dispose of waste in designated bins.

– Any illness or medical emergency must be reported to the management immediately.

– The hostel reserves the right to conduct periodic maintenance, pest control, and health inspections in rooms.

8. Exit & Termination

– Residents must provide at least 30 days’ notice before vacating the hostel.

– Any resident found violating hostel policies repeatedly may be asked to leave without a refund.

– Upon exit, all hostel property provided to the resident must be returned in good condition.

9. Amendments & Legal Compliance

– The hostel management reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

– All residents must comply with local laws and regulations during their stay.

– In case of disputes, the decision of the management shall be final and binding.


By signing the admission form, residents agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disciplinary action, including eviction without a refund.
